We begin professional development at Irongate with two words: Irongate University.
Many real estate companies offer webinars, computer modules, training books and tapes. And they have their place. But at Irongate, we value your time,
effort and commitment to learn enough to offer real people, teaching real classes, answering your real questions, in real time. Every month Irongate's
training facility, which we call "Irongate University" offers more than a dozen real live classes to help you learn how to be a better Realtor.
The instructors range from local professionals who can answer questions about actual practices in Montgomery, Greene and Warren Counties — to
nationally-known trainers, such as our special friend, Coach Jackie Leavenworth. Many of these classes are certified for state "Continuing Education" credits!
And they are all free. Yes, free. We do it because we are proud of the people, services and programs that have given us an unparalleled record of
attracting and retaining the most highly educated, best trained and most productive Realtors in the greater Dayton market.
But our development programs do not end there. In conjunction with Irongate University's classes, Irongate offers:
- An effective "Mentor" Training Program that pairs a successful experienced agent with a newer agent for training, support and practical assistance during their first year.
- A "Signature Service" training program for agents with a few years experience that will help you build your customer skills, negotiating skills and listing skills.
And for Realtors with several years experience:
- Free, Personal, professional technical support & computer training at every office.
- Free consultation by our Marketing Consultant to offer advice on your specific needs.
